# Personal Node — model summary

A customer-owned personal network security node combines WireGuard access, firewall rules, identity/keys and local policy. Raspberry Pi 5 and mini-PC are possible platforms; selection depends on requirements.

The owner controls hardware, keys and access grants. Support access is explicitly agreed, minimal and revocable; no hidden universal administrator is intended.

Validate actual logging, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, firewall, fail-closed behavior, updates, backups and recovery for each deployment. Do not infer absolute anonymity or security from VPN use.
